Fall Meditation Workshop
with Crystal Singing Bowls and Voice

Be empowered and create change for yourself.
A practical step-by-step guided meditation class with Crystal Singing Bowls and Voice. Each week we’ll examine a particular chakra for clearing. Along with clearing your chakras, you will learn how to ground yourself, define your aura, release old beliefs to clear your space, while creating new visions of yourself and your life. In clearing unwanted energy from your space, you can move more freely and confidently on your spiritual path while accessing your higher information to manifest.
In addition to releasing and manifesting, these meditations are useful to de-stress and find the center of peace within that enables you to problem solve, be more creative, and feel joyous.

Vocal and Sound Artist, Kalee Coombs uses the bowls as a musical instrument to accompany her folk melodies and rhythms. Based on the meditative and healing effects of the Tibetan metal bowls; she uses Crystal Singing Bowls of various tones and sizes arranged in chords. The powerful vibrations of crystal and soothing vocals make this salute to the feminine spirit truly a unique event that is not to be missed.
